This role requires a brand expert mindset: create the content our audience is looking for in line with our new product launches and then to optimize the path to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Post and schedule content on Bobbi Boss social media channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Run PAID ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Paid ad management experience is a must.
- Moderate member conversations, including user-generated comments and spam and maintain brand voice that resonates across all channels.
- Learn new social media channels best practices and how to engage and build a community organically.
- Build and maintain the brand’s database for Influencers, hairstylists and other talent
- Prepare formal monthly reviews of analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions for growth, engagement, new followers, and influencer campaigns
- Management of creative resources including photographers/ videographers/ on screen talent and other 3rd party personnel hired to help create content
- Recruit and build relationships with Influencers, negotiating activities in exchange for product or payment, and monitoring results of actions taken
- Writing of creative briefs and content outlines to manage the creative process both internally and with influencers
- Leverage social media to identify brand opportunities and alert marketing team on trending topics, styles, and content themes
- Gathers information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials and contributes to creating presentation decks / trend reports, preparations for meetings, and social media campaign recaps, etc.
- Work WITH AGENCY to execute influencer campaigns, ensuring that campaign goals are met and product promotion reflects brand image authentically
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience of managing social marketing content and strategy
- At least 2 years experience in paid ads on social
- Experience with social media operational tools for content management, publishing, and community management
- Graphic design/Photoshop/Canva skills preferred
- Expertise in growing social follower counts
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Passion for hair, beauty, and fashion a plus
- Bilingual in English and Korean
